Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the j99 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. j99 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, j99 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
j99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account.
j99 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account and use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. You should log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
You must notify j99 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your login credentials have been compromised. j99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account. However, j99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you, unless you have notified j99 of unauthorized access prior to the activity occurring.
All deposits to your j99 Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. j99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits.
All transactions on the j99 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by j99's payment processing systems. j99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network issues beyond j99's reasonable control.
j99 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on individual Accounts, and to request verification of the source of funds where deposits are of a significant amount or where j99 has reason to believe that funds may be of illicit origin. Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations is a legal requirement, and j99 cooperates fully with relevant Philippine authorities in this regard.
Deposits made to your j99 Account are for the purpose of gaming on the Platform only. j99 does not pay interest on Account Balances. Funds held in your Account are not insured deposits and do not constitute a banking relationship between you and j99.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. j99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
j99 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution. j99 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal Restrictions: j99 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, j99 will notify the affected Player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
j99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by j99:
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other Players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. j99 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse and to close the affected Account.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

j99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your j99 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. j99 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond j99's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude j99's liability for death or personal injury caused by j99's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
j99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the j99 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
j99 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. j99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
j99 may share your personal data with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and customer support platforms, subject to appropriate data processing agreements. j99 may also disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies where required by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with j99 through good-faith negotiation. To initiate a dispute resolution process, please contact j99 customer support with a written description of your complaint. j99 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law before resorting to litigation. j99's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
